Universal-Macomb Ambulance Service, Inc., is a privately held, family corporation owned by members of the McLocklin and Walker families - which created Universal Ambulance Service, Inc., in Detroit in 1957. At that time the company consolidated the ambulance operations of several predecessor services into a single operating corporation.
